The Young Conductor Program (YCP) is dedicated to nurturing the next generation of talented conductors. Designed for ages 13 to 18, our program combines intensive daily masterclasses with the unique opportunity to observe seasoned conductors during the concurrent International Conducting Lab. This approach provides students with hands-on experience, mentorship, and insight into professional conducting, all within a vibrant learning environment that emphasizes artistry, discipline, and community.
